Help nonprofits protect the people who rely on them.
Many nonprofits manage highly sensitive information, including donor records, survivor data, health information, and immigration records. Yet most organizations do not have the resources or expertise to manage cybersecurity effectively.
Sightline Security helps nonprofits understand where they stand and what to do next. Donations support KickStart assessments, cybersecurity roadmaps, and the guidance nonprofits need to strengthen their security.
Why Sightline Exists
Sightline Security was founded by Dr. Kelley Misata after her own experience as a victim of cyberstalking.
When she sought help from nonprofits, she discovered that many organizations wanted to help but lacked the cybersecurity knowledge and resources needed to protect the people they served.
Dr. Misata later earned a PhD in Information Security from Purdue University, focusing her research on the cybersecurity preparedness of nonprofits supporting victims of violence.
Sightline was created to close that gap. Donations help ensure nonprofits can access the guidance they need to protect the communities they serve.
