Kelley Misata, Ph.D
Founder and CEO
Selected as a finalist for 2021 Cybersecurity Woman of the Year, Dr. Kelley Misata’s professional experience has made her an expert in advocacy, policy discussion, and fundraising, but her path to cybersecurity has not been a traditional one. She survived years of cyberstalking, reaching out to nonprofits for help and finding little. That experience, however, does not define her. What comes afterward does. Though she holds a Masters Degree in Marketing, she earned a Ph.D. in Information Security from Purdue University, focusing her dissertation on cybersecurity preparedness of nonprofits working with victims of violence. Today, she is using her 15 years of business leadership and her unique perspective to change how nonprofits understand and address cybersecurity. Kelley serves as the Executive Director of The Open Information Security Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to building open source security technologies. Sightline Security is Dr. Misata’s compelling vision for a world in which nonprofits realize what is at stake and know how to protect themselves.

Michael has more than 30 years of experience in accounting and financial services. He is President of Caputo & Co, a certified public accounting firm that was established in 1970.
Jack Danahy
Director
Jack founded and sold three successful cybersecurity software companies and holds 12 patents in the space. He is currently doing freelance advising for startups and investors.

Director
Michelle is Strategic Advisory and Founding Partner for Privatus Consulting and Co-Founder and CEO of Zen Data Privacy, Inc.
Jim Kean
Director
Jim is a digital health pioneer with an extensive career developing disruptive consumer-oriented digital health, medical, and wellness experiences. He is currently CEO of Claire Holdings, Inc.
Wendy Nather
Director
Wendy is the Director of Strategic Engagements at Cisco and co-authored "The Cloud Security Rules." She was induction into the Infosecurity Europe Hall of Fame in 2021.
Eugene H. Spafford, Ph.D.
Director
Spaf is a distinguished professor and Founder of the Center for Education and Research in Information Assurance and Security at Purdue University. He has received every distinguished award in information and cybersecurity, and is an inductee of the Cyber Security Hall of Fame.
